Is Panthers rookie RB Christian McCaffrey being over drafted in fantasy football?

You can put me in the group of people who think McCaffrey could have a very nice rookie season, even a break out year…down the back end of the season. The Panthers aren’t one to sit down veterans in haste or just because they spent a lot on another player. The truth is RB Jonathan Stewart is still going to see the field a lot early in the season.

In fantasy you don’t have the luxury of sitting your 5th round pick in hopes of more touches later in the season. You have to win now. Here’s the average draft position for RBs in Yahoo Sports Fantasy Football:
