Panthers had one of the best offseasons in the NFL

When I saw the title of this article I figured there was no way the Panthers would be in the top 5 though I thought they should. I was obviously pleasantly surprised, especially considering it is coming from Gil Brandt. Brandt ranked the Panthers offseason #3 overall. Surprising indeed.
